Quinn is starved - but an order of sushi is on the way. PCA
has its own sushi
- "Sushi Roxs" with its own chef - Kazu. The only problem is that the
delivery boy is Logan, who the girls think is a jerk - but Nicole says a cute
jerk!
Logan and Chase enter with the girls' order of sushi. Logan and Chase work
as delivery boys, but Chase ends up doing the work with Logan doing nothing -
because Logan is training him.
Logan has a present for the girls. He feels like he has been a jerk ever
since the girls arrived at PCA, now he is apologizing by giving them a peace
offering - a large stuffed bear which he sets in a folding chair overlooking
the common room.
Logan and Chase leave, Logan tells Chase that he is sick – leaving Chase to
deliver 40 pounds of sushi. The girls resume their game. Zoey gets stress,
and has to prank call a teacher - Mr. Callahan - about 9000 jars of mustard.
Nicole gets truth, and talks about a list ranking boys' lips in terms of
kissability.
The next day, Chase, Zoey, and Nicole are talking about the night before.
Chase had to make 32 deliveries all over PCA's campus - which is huge. He
thinks he must have walked 10 miles. And - some of the deliveries were weird
- like one to a student who owned a sushi-loving goat! Michael, Logan, and
another boy - Brad - come up suddenly - and ask Nicole who has the cutest
lips! Logan tells Zoey he needs to call Mr. Callahan - can she give him the
number?!
After they leave, Nicole and Zoey are not happy. Chase doesn't know anything
about what happened.
Zoey and Nicole return to the girls' lounge and confront Dana - Michael
and Logan know what they talked about! Quinn enters, she is upset because
somebody found out she likes to eat baby food. Which she is still doing - and
offers some to Zoey and Nicole (who refuse).
Chase comes to work that evening at Kazu's - he offers to take half the
orders. But Kazu has to give him all of the deliveries – Logan called in sick
again. The first order is a large one for Logan!
Back in the girls' lounge, Zoey, Nicole, and Quinn are sitting when Vicki
comes up to return a pair of "Hello Bunny" underwear. She knows it is
Nicole's - and Nicole is embarrassed so she says "they were on sale." Nicole
is disgusted to see Dana's skateboard on the table, and she puts it on the
floor. Quinn asks about Zoey's toenail (she is barefoot) - and Zoey says she
dropped a bowling ball on it - and that is why it looks like a corn chip.
Dana walks up and falls into the dip on the table - because she stepped on her
skateboard. Nicole runs screaming.
Zoey, Nicole, and Dana are eating outside the next day. Brad comes up and
asks Nicole how she likes these bunnies he sewed on his underwear. Another
boy imitates Dana's skateboard fall - but she confronts him and demands to
know who is talking about them. But the boy just answers by calling Zoey "corn
chip toe." The girls have had enough - Zoey calls all of them to the lounge!
In a few minutes - the girls are all arguing in the lounge. Quinn suggests
that they use her lie detector to find out who has been spreading their
secrets around. But there is a problem - she has to make an incision below
the ear! Zoey immediately refuses - and Vicki suggests Zoey is the one who is
spreading the rumors! In an unusally blunt moment - Zoey says she isn't
letting "that freak" operate on her head! Quinn protests that it's just one
incision! While they are all fighting - a red light glows from the teddy bear
in the chair. Quinn is nervously eating more baby food.
Zoey, Nicole, and Quinn are in Zoey's room later trying to figure out what is
going on. They remember that it all started the night that the boys delivered
the sushi - and the teddy bear!
The girls are creeping carefully up to the teddy bear from the side. Quinn
has a detector - there is a wireless webcam inside the bear!
Zoey leaves to confront Chase. But he doesn't know anything about it - but it
all starts to make sense to him when he remembers that Logan is calling in
sick. Zoey looks at Logan's computer - still running on the table. Sure
enough - she calls up the webcam in the girls' lounge. Chase now knows that
this is why Logan has been blowing off work. He sees Quinn eating the leaf
off of a plant on the webcam! But both he and Zoey know it is a plastic
plant!!! Still, Zoey reminds him it is wrong to spy - while Quinn eats more
and more plastic leaves! Zoey is thinking of a payback scheme.
Chase and Michael are outside on the steps - surrounded by the girls who will
be in on the scheme. Michael agrees it was wrong to spy and will help out -
he will make sure Logan is by the computer on time. Nicole's assignment was
to get the breakaway vase from the drama department. She demonstrates it on
the gardener who hardly feels a thing - and then realizes she needs to go get
another one.
That night - Michael gets a call from the girls - they are ready. Logan comes
in so Michael pretends to be talking to someone else. Michael suggests to
Logan that it would be fun to watch the girls, which Logan enthusiastically
agrees to. They settle in to watch the girls' lounge over the webcam:
This is what they see:
Chase delivers an order of sushi. The girls tell him they love the free sushi
- but he says that he may not be able to continue giving them free sushi.
Kazu is getting suspicious. Just then - Kazu shows up and is mad! Chase is
the one giving free sushi to the girls! He is going to tell Dean Rivers and
Chase will be expelled! Zoey hits Kazu over the head with a vase and knocks
him unconscious. Chase tells the girls that they will have to get rid of
Kazu! But since Kazu didn't see who hit him - they decide to blame it all on
LOGAN! The free sushi - the vase - everything. They duct tape Kazu and put
him in the closet.
Back at the boys' dorm room - Logan is wide eyed and alarmed! He can't believe
what he has just seen, and is worried he is going to get blamed for it all.
Michael tells him he'd better go get Dean Rivers - and Logan leaves in a panic!
Dean Rivers is taking a shower. Logan bursts in - it's an emergency! He
drags Dean Rivers - wet and in a bathrobe - to the girls' lounge. The girls
act completely innocent - and Logan opens the closet to show Dean Rivers that
they have Kazu tied up. But Kazu isn't there! Logan remembers they talked
about stuffing him in the trunk of his car - but Kazu and Chase show up. Kazu
tells Logan that since he isn't sick - he is fired! Logan is totally confused
about what is going on, and tells Dean Rivers that he saw everything on the
webcam he put in the bear! The girls act shocked - and Dean Rivers tells
Logan it is time for a nice long talk with his parents! He drags Logan along
to his office to make that call. The plan a success, everybody else
celebrates with sushi!
Later, the girls are watching the webcam. They now have a beautiful view of
sunset at the beach - courtesy of the webcam in the bear which has been
re-positioned to view the beach.
Closing line: (Quinn) "It's one incision!" - said when the girls refused her
lie detector test.
NOTES:
Tessa Ludwig replaces Miki Ishikawa as Vicki in this episode. Tessa is
also a regular performer on Disney's "Movie Surfers." She can be identified by
her hair, which has bright red tips - sometimes other colors as well. Miki
Ishikawa returns to the role in episodes 1.5 and 1.10.
Story arc element - Nicole's changing relationship with Logan. Initially
attracted in these early episodes, she slowly learns to despise him in later
episodes.
Quinn (Erin Sanders) does not really eat babyfood or plastic leaves.
