So, today was my second and last day of filming my THIRD
commercial for T-Mobile. Hah.
There's no way to describe how much fun it was. The
guy who played the 'competition' dad, Clint (I was the
T-Mobile girl) was absolutely hilarious. I definitely can't
tell you how funny he was in writing, like this. You'll just
have to see the commercial.
As for me, they had me in an entirely closed booth, just
talking on the phone non-stop. I improv'd most of it, but
they also fed me some lines. My favorite was definitely,
"I don't know where I am... *gasp* I bet I'm in the future!!!"
They made me amazingly ditzy. I loved it.
The phone they had me using was awesome, too. It's called
the Motorola PEBL (like 'pebble'), and comes in a bunch of
different colors. Mine was metallic lime green, just like my
iPod mini. Score =D
It was a camera/video phone, and a working one at that. I
called my mom from it twice (cuz, I was supposed to give her
a ring, but I was sealed into the booth--no escape=P They
told me to just use the PEBL, since it was with me).
BUT, being as quick-thinking as I am (=P), I took a bunch of
pictures, and e-mailed the best ones to myself from the
phone. Teehee.
I think my mom's gonna put them up in the Photo Album, here.
After I was wrapped, I hung out for a couple more hours with
Emma Degerstedt (from Unfabulous [who booked a different
T-Mobile commercial that was filming that day--small world,
eh???]). We choreographed this amazing (=P) dance, and
videotaped it.
So, she should be sending me that, soon.
Everyone that I worked with was amazing, and the wardrobe
people even let me keep the hat that I wore in the commercial.
I’m wearing it now.
We'll let you know when the commercial's supposed to start
showing.
Talk to you all, later!!!
-Erin:)
