Many of you know Erin for her role as
Camille, the resident method actress on the hit
Nickelodeon show "Big Time Rush." "Camille is a
little bit
crazy," says Erin. "You have no clue who
she is; every time you
see her, she's wearing a
different costume and pretending to be a
completely different person." Erin won a 2011
Young Artist Award for her role as Camille.
Others
have known Erin since her role as Quinn,
the “cool science geek” in
the Emmy-nominated
Nickelodeon show “Zoey 101.” Erin won a 2008
Young
Artist Award for her role as Quinn and,
along with her fellow cast members,
won the 2006
and 2007 Young Artist Awards for Best Ensemble
Performance
in a TV Show. What
you may not know is that Erin was
discovered by an agent while selling
Girl Scout
cookies! “I had just turned 9,” she shares, “when,
accompanied by my mom, I knocked on this guy’s
door. After I rattled
off all the names and
descriptions of the cookies by heart, he said that
he was impressed with the way I spoke, and that his friend ran an
agency. He gave my mom his card,
and the rest is history.”
Erin has appeared in several other
TV shows, such as "CSI: Miami," "Mad Men," "The Mentalist,"
"Weeds," "Castle," "8 Simple Rules," "Judging Amy,” “Carnivale,”
“American Dreams,” and “Strong
Medicine.” In addition, she introduced the character of Eden in the
popular CBS daytime soap, “The
Young and the Restless” and, for this,
she won a 2009 Young Artist Award for Best Recurring Actress
in a TV
Series.
Erin has had the pleasure of working on set with a number of well known actors, such as
Ed Asner,
John Hamm, Catherine Zeta-Jones, James Garner, Tom Arnold, David Spade, Joe Pesci, Clancy Brown,
Tyne
Daly, and Amy Brenneman.
